The Drive Duet combines the features of a rollator walker or transport chair in one unit. An individual can ambulate independently or be pushed safely by a care giver. The Duet has locking flip up armrests and a flip down footrest to aid the user while the Duet is used in the transport chair mode. A safety lock release is used to store the arms and a velcro strap is used to store the footrest while using the Duet for ambulation. The tool-free two position contoured padded back rest is reversible depending on whether you are using the Duet in an ambulatory or transport chair mode. Drive Medical 795BK

The Drive Duet Rollator Walker and Transport Chair combo is a cool new medical product. Traditionally rollator walker users would inappropriately use their walker as a wheelchair and have someone push them. The problem with this has been that peoples feet would drag on the ground causing further injury to the patient. The new Drive Duet is an affordable walker with a seat and transport wheelchair in one featuring flip down foot rest and arm rests all at about the same price you would pay for a traditional rollator walker. At only 19 pounds the Drive Duet is a easy choice for portability and versatility.
