Reusable Cold Pack

For pain or swelling caused by bumps, bruises and sprains. Reusable ice pack measures 4" x 10" (100mm x 250mm). Includes: 1 Reusable Gel Pack and Protective Cover. MED960

Instructions:
1.)Store cold pack in freezer for at least 2 hours before use
2.) Insert cold pack into protective cover (included) or wrap with a cloth
3.) Apply cold pack to desired area. Remove if it becomes uncomfortable. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time.

Note: Gel pack is for cold only and should not be used as a heat pack.
